The population in this study were all children under the age of 15 years with a household contacts of patients with pulmonary TB BTA (+) as many as 12 children who met the inclusion criteria. This research was analyzed by unpaired T – Test. The results showsthat there is a significant correlation between the incidence of TB in the lungs of children are immunized and not immunized are household contacts with pulmonary tuberculosis patients with p value = 0.017 (<0.05) and OR 4,000, which means a child who is not the BCG immunization household contact with pulmonary tuberculosis patients Iebih 4 times higher chance of being infected with pulmonary TB infection.Expected to health workers in BP4 LubukAlung to be able to provide health education to the maximum to pulmonary TB patient about the condition of a child who may potentially infected with pulmonary TB disease than patients who have children under the age of 15 years.
