ABSTRACT
           
            Emergency patient care plays a very important based on response time. Mechanism Response Time, in addition to determining the extent of damage to internal organs, also can reduce the burden of financing. This study aims to determine the relationship dimensions of the quality of nursing care withaccuracy of nursing actions in Emergency Department Awal Bros Batam Hospital. The study design was a descriptive analytic using cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was overall nurses in emergency department. This research were analyzed by chi-square test. The results showed that the dimensional quality of their nursing care is direct evidence (55.6%) good, (44.4%) are less good. Reliability (55.6%) good, (44.4%) are less good. Responsiveness (50.0%) good, (50.0%) Less well. Guarantees (33.3%) good, (66.7%) Less Well. Empathy (38.9%) good, (61.1%) were less well. Dimensional accuracy Actions Against Nursing Quality Care Nurses response time is Evidence Against Direct Response time (ρ = 0.002), Reliability against time response (ρ = 0.011), Power Responsive to Response time (ρ = 0.005), Insurance Against Response time (ρ = 0002), Against Empathy Response Time (ρ = 0.334).
